DBL room in lovely, bright flat

We're looking for someone to take over this room in our flat as our flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend!

The flat is really bright and well furnished with good quality furniture (not just ikea!), and split over two floors with bedrooms & bathroom 1 upstairs, and living room, kitchen and bathroom 2 downstairs. It has a lovely sun trap balcony that is perfect for sitting out on or growing plants. The living room comes with two sofas, a large table that can extend to sit 8 people and is really bright. The kitchen has a large double fridge / freezer and has a breakfast bar table, induction hob & dishwasher. The bathroom has a large rain shower head and bath. There is an additional bathroom downstairs with a toilet and sink.

The bedroom itself is cosy and gets lots of light in the morning! It has a double bed with a wood bed frame; a bedside table and a chest of drawers. There is storage in the hallway just outside the bedroom too which is currently used as a wardrobe.

The flat itself is really well connected with a 9 min walk to Nine Elms, 12 to Stockwell and 9 to Wandsworth overground so you have the overground, Victoria and northern line all in your door step! It is also only 10 mins down to Battersea Power Station with Zara, Uniqlo, Boots etc. There is also a pure gym and Tesco express 2 mins from flat, with a large superstore sainsburys 9 mins away. There's a Lidl a min or two away from Stockwell station too.

You'd be sharing with Christa and Leanne:

Christa: I work as a consultant (occasional perk of spare tickets to major events in London) and work mainly from the office. Outside of work I love playing netball and tennis but also enjoy a glass of wine and a reality TV show binge!


Leanne: I work in project management for a charity. I love all things arts and crafts, as well as my (mostly) weekly run and the occasional yoga. I’m also a big fan of a pint and a yap at the pub. 🤠
We both have our own social circles in London but enjoy coming together to do things as a flat like watching a movie or going for a drink. We like to keep the flat tidy and clean so it's a nice homey environment to come back to after a long day.
