I’m moving out and so renting out my double room in Stockwell.
Its a spacious flat with a shared living room, balcony and kitchen. Its a 5 min walk to Stockwell station that has both Victoria and Northern Lines.
Tesco is right opposite to the flat, Lidl is a 2 mins walk and there is also Sainsbury’s near the station.
TheGymGroup is also right opposite.
You will be sharing with two others, both professionals b/w the age of 25-30.

Please note that the deposit will be higher as its a change of contract.
