Our home is a beautiful old Georgian house nestled in a friendly community neighbourhood. We love hosting summer parties in our back wild garden, which adds a touch of nature to our urban setting. We've called this place home for five years, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where our flatmates feel like family.
The location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk from Stockwell tube station (Victoria and Northern Line). You can easily run to Lidl in one minute or cycle quickly to Brixton, Camberwell, Clapham, and Battersea. We have bike storage!
/Candidate’s Profile We're Looking For/
We’re seeking someone who wants to become part of our family. The ideal candidate is an adult, mature, and committed to the weekly cleaning of common areas. We have a no pets and no indoor smoking policy. We’re looking for a friendly, considerate individual who understands the balance of living in a peaceful shared adult household -- someone who isn’t looking for a party house but enjoys a drink and dinner at the end of the week.
Common sense, consideration, and respect for living in a shared space are essential. We’re open to couples visiting but prefer not to have them living here 24/7. Ideally, we want someone who doesn’t work from home fully to avoid unfairly high bills with the other tenants.
You’ll be living with Amy (from South Africa) and Laura (from Catalonia). We love cooking and sharing meals, taking care of the garden, swimming at Brockwell Lido, and watching true crime documentaries in the lounge. Amy has a natural talent for making her own clothes and baking delicious goodies. Laura enjoys cleaning, tending to the plants, and going to the cinema.
