Double room in very very clean home

I have lived in my property for 34 years it is a 3 bed maisonette with patio and gazebo or out house I have one lodger already and she has been living here for 16 months. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and the double bedroom is located upstairs next to the bathroom. The accommodation is very very clean and tidy and we are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, reliable, trustworthy and has more common sense than qualifications. We are mainly introverts but are happy to have a chat, meal and a glass of wine or two
