The room: Double bed with joint access to one bathroom (shared with one other tenant). Pictures below.
Financial details: Rent is £900 per month with bills split equally at roughly £240pp a month. This includes water, council tax (band F), gas/electricity, broadband and a cleaner that comes every other week. Current tenants: Two male, working professionals in the financial services and engineering sectors. Have lived at the property for five years, but current third housemate is leaving hence looking for a replacement. Current tenants attended Durham University together and moved down after graduation. Hobbies largely include socialising with friends, sports (Rugby and Football in particular), art, music, and just having a fun time living in London in late 20s!
