Hello, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over this good sized double bedroom. You are welcome to shower let from now on to 31 of August, available to extend the stay to a long term contract with agency.

The flat is super conveniently connected, just 3 minutes walk to Stockwell tube station. It will take you easily to all London area through Victoria line and Northern line.

2 minutes walk to Sainsbury, 4 minutes walk to Lidl, 15 minutes walk to Clapham common, where you can find loads of bars, restaurants and a huge park.

The rent from 28 July to 31 August is £890, will all the bills included. If you would like to extend it to a long term contract, the rent would be £900 each month, including council tax, water bills and internet.

You will have all the furnitures and all the cooking equipments to share, which saves you from buying all the kitchen items. The room comes with a lot of storage spaces. Closets cover an entire wall, which I found very useful.

The flatmates are all super friendly and nice, respectful about private spaces.
