Double room for single occupancy available in 5-person house. £635 excluding bills (approx. £110), available from 10th September

THE ROOM:

Furnished double bedroom that comes with bed + mattress, built in wardrobe, bedside table and desk (optional). The room is south facing so gets plenty of sunlight.

The house has a communal bathroom shared between 4 people and an additional downstairs toilet.

Available from 10th of September. We are looking for someone to move in then or pay rent from that day onwards.


THE HOUSE:

The house is in a gated close on a quiet residential street located between Stockwell/ Oval/Brixton. It has excellent transport links from Stockwell station which is only a 7-10-minute walk away and on the Northern and Victoria lines. The house is also in walking distance from Clapham, Brixton and Vauxhall which have plenty of restaurant/bar/pub options.

The property is very light thanks to lots of windows and has a large open plan kitchen/ dining/living area with a decent sized garden (perfect for a BBQ and our paddling pool in the summer).

Looking for a young professional who is 26+, respectful of the space and not into hosting afters until 3am. If you’re tidy, do your share of the cleaning and have above average chat please apply.


THE HOUSEMATES:

We are 2 girls and 2 guys aged 27-31 who work across publishing, sponsorship, finance and medical research.

As a house, we all get on well and often catch up after work while cooking dinner. We also are quite independent and tend to have our own plans at weekends, but are down for a house pub trip as there are a few with good cosy vibes in Stockwell.

The classic applies… we love a big one at the pub but also a chilled night in. If you’re a foodie, into sport, music or a good pint I’m sure we’ll get along.
