The property is nestled into a really lovely, secure Mews development in Stockwell. Shared bathroom and open plan kitchen/diner/living room. There is a wrap around balcony that gets the sun all day and neighbours are very chilled and friendly!
Location is great for transport with Stockwell tube (Northern & Victoria lines) only a 12 min walk away. Brixton and Clapham are 20 mins walk away - in different directions. And amenities such as the shops, post office and the gym (The Gym Group/ F45) are within a 5 min walk.

As a housemate I’m a very social, laid back girl looking for a housemate not just someone to rent a room.
I work on a ‘hybrid basis’, so I’m in the office twice a week, working from home the rest of the time.
I’m clean and tidy, love cooking and going out with friends, and enjoy the balance of the gym in the week and a glass of wine on the balcony at the weekend.
I would love to find a housemate who also enjoys the above and would like to hang out together, but also respects ‘personal chill time’ ☺️
