New housemate needed

We're looking for a friendly housemate to join us in a double room, as sadly one of the girls is moving out!✨

The room
First floor room, double bedroom on the same level as one other bedroom. Comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house
Four bedroom terraced house with a south facing garden, absolutely beautiful in the summer! We also have a BBQ and outside table and chairs. A cosy living room perfect for movie nights and binge watching TV shows.
Bright kitchen with amenities in place. We have one toilet downstairs, one large bathroom on the first floor with a shower over the bath shared between three people.

The housemates
We are two Kiwis who are friends from home and another Irish who has been living in London for nearly 7 years. We are working professionals between 28 and 29.

Potential housemate
We're looking for a young professional who enjoys the fun aspects of a house share (having a whine and a wine while making dinner 🍷).

Location
10 minute walk from both Stockwell and Oval station. 18 minute walk to Brixton but very well connected bus route! 8 minute walk to the big Lidl and 5 minutes to a cheap and cheerful gym. There is also have a lovely, cosy pub just around the corner!

More details
Rent is £790 paid at the beginning of every month, bills are managed by one person in the house which vary month to month. The agency will need references, checks and a £50 admin fee. Deposit will be £894.
