Modern room with shared bathroom in new build

Hi 👋🏼 my name is Eloise, I live with two boys (one of who is my brother!)

We live in Stockwell, and are looking for a new housemate from Feb 9th onwards. Stockwell is great in that its on the Victoria line and on Northern line - the house is 5 min walk to Stockwell tube and 15 minutes into Clapham. We are all really fun (and a bit silly) and up for going out on weekends, but also all really active and have our own lives and friends and do our own thing. We all also take our careers pretty seriously, so I would say we're a good balance work /play :)

Full disclosure, my parents own the house (its a really nice house lol, its a new build) and so for us really understanding that this isn't a "student house" and is a house to be looked after is really important. We're not super precious about it but we do like it tidy and to be looked after! Because we are the landlords we address any issues very quickly, we've had no problems with the house. We have airfryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and drying room. we've lived here for 5 years so its a full kitted out place with everything you could need!

The house has a lovely garden, and a balcony off my the top bedroom which we use to have sundowners! Its also in a gated community so its super safe and surprisingly so quiet.

You would have a shared bathroom with one of the boys.
