Looking for two friendly girl flatmates!

I’m on the lookout for two fab flatmates to join me in our gorgeous modern three-bedroom flat. Sadly, my current flatmates are moving out after two amazing years together. If you're a young professional in your twenties who’s looking for a friendly and cozy home, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Location: Super handy! We’re just a 2-minute walk from Lidl (for all those quick snack runs!), under 5 minutes to the tube, and there are loads of bus stops, including two right outside the flat.

The Rooms: Two lovely double bedrooms (Main Bedroom and Bedroom 3). They’re bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and come with comfy double beds.

Living Space: We’ve got a spacious open-plan kitchen and a big living room with a dining table that’s perfect for working from home. Plus, there’s a massive balcony that’s just dreamy in the summer—ideal for sipping wine with the doors wide open!

Bathroom: You’ll share a bathroom with one other person (the other bedroom has an ensuite).

Vibe: The flat is super peaceful, but we’re close to all the action. Amazing transport links to central London, Clapham, Battersea etc.!

About Me:
I’m 25, love a good pub trip, Pilates, walks, reading, and keeping the flat clean and cozy. I’m hoping to find flatmates who are also tidy and respectful but who want to make this place a real home. I’d love to do dinners, movie nights, Pilates sessions, or just chill together—but of course, we’ll respect each other’s space too.

Bills: Not included - vary between 25 - 40 for bills & electricity, water bills are paid every 3 months

Security Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
