Hiya! We have a room available from the 29th September as I am moving out (to go travelling). The rent is £836, bills ~£90. PLEASE NOTE: the tenancy ends 30th October 2024.
A little bit about the house:
There are 5 girls, all aged 25-27, working professionals who are very happy together.
The house is in Stockwell, a 5 minute walk to 9elms tube station or 8 minute to Stockwell tube station. It’s just off a main road, in a quiet little square. There’s a big sainos and a lidl within 10 minute walk. Access to the river in 15 mins and lots of nice little parks locally.
We have a lovely garden, with bench, BBQ and a tree.
It tends to be quite a lively house, so we are looking for someone who’s also up to have fun and games 🤠😗
