There’s a garden, perfect for BBQing, and a communal balcony looking out over Nine Elms. Bedroom is west facing so really nice in the evening. Built in wardrobe and extra storage in the basement if required. The room is closest to the shower/bath and the spare toilet also.

House mates are all professionals in their late 20s, good lads, who are clean and very hospitable. Two have girlfriends who sometimes are often around. 1 works from home full time the rest work til late.
