Lovely room in Stockwell

We are looking for a third roommate for our lovely cosy flat in Stockwell! 🏠👫🧍🏼Available from 25th September.

‼️IMPORTANT‼️
WE WILL BE HOSTING VIEWINGS ON FRIDAY 14th from 4pm AND ON SATURDAY 15th from 11:30am. We aim to make a decision by Wednesday 18th.

If you are not available on those dates, send a message specifying your availability, I’ll try to accommodate you but I can’t guarantee a viewing after Saturday, as we aim to make a decision by mid-week.

About the flat:
🚇6 min walk to Nine Elms station, 9 min walk to Stockwell station, 13 min walk to Vauxhall station
🪟second floor flat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen

🛏️your room is a spacious double and comes furnished with: new double bed and mattress, spacious wardrobe, mirror

💷let’s talk money!
The price for your room is £580/month and that is NOT including bills. Roughly, including council tax and other bills (water, electricity, gas, WiFi) it comes down to another £170/month. We each have a share of bills in our names and use bank transfers to pay each other.
We also share Netflix and Disney+, but that you can obviously decide if you want to join in or not 🙈
You will have to be able to pay deposits + current month (that’s £1220 in total) and pass all the agency checks reference (that’s another £130, including deposit protection).

About the flatmates:
🎀Marika - has lived in the flat for three years, works in advertising and loves going to thrift shops!
✈️Antonio - has lived in the flat for two years, works from home in marketing and loves to travel!

👫Both - we are Italian and in our mid-20s, working Monday to Friday.

We love to think that ours is not just a flat share, but a home 🥰 therefore we treat the flat as our own!
To us, is really important to live in a clean, tidy space; we share appliances, house chores and general house maintenance shopping 🛒
When we can we love to have meals together (you don’t have to, but you’re very welcome to!) 🍝
We respect each other’s spaces and privacy but at the same time enjoy spending time together, like watching films, going for a night out or just chatting about silly stuff🍹🍿

We love to go out, have fun and be around people BUT we are not a party house. Occasionally we have friends over for a dinner, some games or drinks but this doesn’t happen on a regular.
We are completely fine with having people (friends, partners, family) stay over even for a few nights, we just value communication and transparency 🥰

We will be both selecting our next flatmate after viewings! 🫶🏻

About you:
We are looking for someone who is respectful, outgoing and just has good vibes in general 🤩
We are flatmates, yes, but we are also friends. We’d love to find someone who is interested in keeping a friendly environment and is on the same page as us💝

Some non-negotiable for us are:
-you have to have a job and proof of employment + bank statements (this is especially for the agency)
-sorry but no students, no first time movers, no couples, no families, no pets
-someone in their mid/late 20s is preferred
-girls are preferred
-lgbtq+ friendly is a must
-no crazy partying people
