Homey double room available in Brixton/Stockwell

About us:
Hello! We are Emma (F27) and Ed (M27) two professionals both working in healthcare market research.

Emma loves checking out food markets, enjoying a nice glass of wine and spending the evenings reading. Ed enjoys running (ask him how many running trainers he has...), WingStop and the odd museum.

We are not a party house although don't say no to the occasional one on the weekend. We like to do our own thing and are respectful of each other although we do enjoy frequently making plans together. We like hosting the occasional dinner, going for walks, and keeping things pretty low-key overall.

About the room:
The room is a gorgeous double, fitted with a bed, spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is room for a WFH desk and the bed has space for storage drawers underneath. The room has a large window which gives off lots of natural light which looks lovely in the morning. We have also had a newly renovated kitchen put in!

Our landlord is an angel, who is happy to fix things and keeps in touch but mostly leaves us to it.

Rent is £725 and bills are about £100.

Bills are: electricity and gas, internet and council tax. There will be an initial water bill of £96, but the next one won't be till march (we pay every six months).

The deposit is £625

The flat is located a 15 minute walk from either Brixton or Stockwell stations and a 7 minute walk from busses that take you to central. There is also permit parking available on the road outside the flat.

We are looking for someone to move in from the 21st October. The contract is for 12 months.
