Hi - I’m moving out of my lovely studio flat near Stockwell station because I’m going back to Denmark before planned. The contract is until 1 March 2027, and this will be a change of name on the contract which I will pay for. (No extra costs will be incurred by you as part of this process)

The deposit is 1,846.15 (5 week’s rent) and you will be expected to pay a month rent in advance on top. (£3,446 in total)

You will be living in the flat on your own.

Bedroom is separate which makes it more like a one bedroom flat. Comes with furniture:

The landlord is private, female, and she manages the property with help from Foxtons letting agency. They will manage deposit and provide DBS check before move in.
