Lovely room in girls flat in Stockwell 💞

Hi ladies!

I'm sadly moving out of my lovely 3 bedroom flat where I've had some of the greatest memories of my adult life and I'm looking for a lovely lady to take my double room.

You'd be living with Georgie and Lucile, two sweet girls who work in social housing and consulting. This is a cozy flat, so I would like to find someone sociable who enjoys getting together and having evening chats here and there, although generally we all leave each other space to do their own thing.

This is an only girls flat. Ideally, we're looking from someone in their mid 20s who is clean (we keep the flat organized and clean and have a weekly cleaning rota 🫧). This is not a party flat, although there's no problem with inviting your friends over for a sleepover, or hosting a family member when they visit.

The rent is £833 per month without bills, so it comes out to around £930 in total. The deposit is £700.

I'm moving immediately but I'm looking for someone who can move in in early October, ideally by the 10th
