Small double bedroom in a great location!!

Hi! We are Serena, Evie and Ellie. Very sadly our lovely flatmate is heading off travelling, which means we have a small double bedroom available for another girl to fill from 1st November - it's £730 + approx. £80 bills a month which is a steal for the area!

We are looking for someone who wants to be a friend not just a flatmate. We're all very social, love a beer/G&T in the evenings, gigs, walks, pub trips and nice things in general. We all hang out and hope you'll be keen to join in as much as you like.

The flat is great! It's a 3 minute walk from Stockwell tube station and can be anywhere in London in basically 30 mins - really close to Clapham Common too which is great in summer. It's on a main road so feels safe and has a little balcony that catches the sun in the mornings.

The flat has two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, all the crockery/pans etc you need. It's great value and we're very happy here :) We also have a super nice helpful independent landlord which is a big win for London.

A bit about us:
- Evie is adventurous, she works in TV and loves a good hike
- Ellie is a granny in disguise, loves her tea, cake and crochet until festival season rolls around
- Serena spends half her time running around London with her run club but is really only doing it for the pastry or pint reward afterwards, loves cooking and trashy TV
