Looking for someone to take my spot on the lease, as I am moving in with my girlfriend. Current lease ends in June 2026 and we need someone to either pay the remaining six months upfront or be able to move onto the lease.
The flat is very well equipped and clean and in an ideal location in the northern and Victoria lines.
The other housemates are lovely, queer and are wanting someone who can maintain the relaxed vibe and clean spaces. Ideally we’d love to keep this as a queer space and find another girl or person in the lgbtqi+ community who likes to hang out occasionally or join in on roommate nights to the pub. Message with some details about yourself (work and interests) if you’re interested and available to meet the roomies and we will see if you’re a good fit.
Note- the room is small so there isn’t space for a desk. WFH not really feasible.
