Ok so if you want to live on one of the prettiest streets in SW London, then hit me up!

Sandwiched nicely between Clapham and Brixton is the little slice called Stockwell. Otherwise known as Little Portugal - with all the amazing cuisine you can imagine. Situated a 5 min walk from the infamous Swan (thought that was more important to mention than the tube), a 7 min walk from said tube for the Northern & Victoria lines (5 if you’re speedy), plus about a thousand bus routes a few minutes from the door.

The room is a king size (yes, plenty of space to bounce around on the king-sized bed too!). Featuring two triple wardrobes with shelving built inside, aka plenty of space to pack away your hoards of crap. There’s also lots of space for a desk / bedside drawer in the room (or you can have mine).

Two massive windows mean there’s loads of light, even in winter. You may want a blindfold if you don’t like sunny mornings though.

You’ll be living with four other fantastic open-minded humans. Currently 2 boys and 2 girls. This room shares the bathroom with the 2 boys (but surprisingly they’re cleaner than the girls – trust me!).

We’re not a house where we’re in each other’s pockets, but we do socialise – usually in the kitchen having a natter around a meal – or on occasion we’ll go out as a house, or in pairs, or with whoever you get on with the most haha.

With a variety of interests covering hiking, cycling, music and gigs, they’re a pretty good bunch to be around and are all super friendly and welcoming.

Oh and did I mention we actually have a pretty lush semi-forest garden? Currently left to meadow for all the critters of London that need a home.

By now you’ll be exhausted scanning all this text, so here’s the finer details:

✨Rent - £915pcm. This excludes bills, which average around £150 (can be higher/lower depending on time of the year).
✨We technically sublet one room (landlord aware), which means you’ll be paying a higher rate to the landlord and the sublet pays you to make up the difference.
✨Deposit - £1250 to be paid to the landlord upfront. He’s a really nice guy, so you can trust him with it!
✨November 1st is the date payment needs to be taken over - if you want to move in later, you can, but you'll need to start paying from then.
✨You can pay for a parking permit with Lambeth council if you have a car (always plenty of spaces available).
✨House age range is currently 27-31 We’re looking for someone 26 or over please. Professionals preferred.
