Looking for a 3rd flatmate to join our lovely flat

Hello everyone,

Sadly I am moving out of our lovely 3 bedroom flat, so we are looking for someone new to take his place. The flat is available from 1st Nov, but the move in date can be flexible!

🏠 ABOUT THE FLAT:
➡ A decent-sized living/dining room
➡ One shared main bathroom, plus an additional shared toilet
➡ Refurbished about 4 years ago and we keep things clean, so everything is relatively new/fresh
➡ Really close to Larkhall Park, which has outdoor gym equipment and tennis courts
➡ We've changed internet provider to have a better connection, and if you work from home we can run a cable to your room to ensure you have great internet

✨ THE FLAT VIBE
➡ We like the flat to be a social place, but are also respectful of each others space. We have a nice balance between doing our own thing and organising fun activities together: dinners, drinks, activities, sports
➡ Clean and tidy

🗺️ TRANSPORT LINKS
➡ There is a Santander bike station just outside the flat
➡ Wandsworth Road has plenty of bus stops
➡ Three tube stations (Stockwell/Clapham North/Nine Elms) are each a ~10 min walk away, so both the Victoria and Northern lines are very accessible
➡ Wandsworth Road Overground station is also a ~6 min walk away

👋 ABOUT US
➡ Zoe is a Civil Servant who does a mix of wfh and office working. She enjoys exploring London, the theatre, football and cricket
➡ Meg is an architect, working in the office most of the week. Often out with friends but likes to cook at home and have a quiet evening in.
