Description
Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving in with his partner.
Room is a large double room with a built in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
The flat is on the ground floor of a modern block, with south facing windows. The transport links are fantastic, you are about 8 minutes walk from the Northern and Victoria lines at Stockwell. There is a secure cycle storage shed, or bikes can be kept inside.
You have a small patio area but given it backs right onto the road, I'd say it's only good for pot plants (unless you like chatting with passers by).
Sitting room is massive and has a sofa bed for guests. The kitchen is decent with plenty of room for two people.
The furniture is of the standard London rental tatty but mostly functional IKEA variety. The letting agents are actually competent and responsive (I know).
Approximate bills per month before being split:
Energy: £100
Council Tax: £165
Internet: £25
You would be sharing with me, a 29 year old civil servant who has been described as "pretty easy going", "surprisingly good at therapy" and "like living with a cat because you might forget he's there".
I tend to work 5 days a week in the office so if you want to work from home that is absolutely fine.
Hobbies tend to revolve around playing hockey, running, and unsuccessful attempts at learning languages.
Guests are fine, as are occasional gatherings, so long as they are not unreasonable and we don't piss of the neighbours.
