Double room in Stockwell

My old room is available to rent in a 2 bed flat in Stockwell. I own the flat but have moved away, my friend Alex is moving in from February and is looking for a flatmate!

Alex is a sport scientist moving to London from Edinburgh and is into all things sport! He'll be keen to share a beer every now and then but also respects personal space.

The flat itself is reasonably spacious, with a newly fitted kitchen and decent sized living room. The bathroom and toilet are also separate. The room is fully furnished with a double bed. There is also a large wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.

The flat is well connected, it's a short walk from Stockwell station which has both the Victoria and Northern lines.

The room is available from March, I am looking for someone to move in for 6 months - 1 year.

Bills are not included but are estimated to be £170-£200 pm.
