5-10 minutes walk away
Description
2-bed 2-storey house in Stockwell/Brixton area with a garden. 10 minutes walking distance from both Stockwell and Brixton tube stations. I am looking for a friendly new housemate who can move in around end of November/early December! The room is part-furnished (the housemate moving out will be taking some of her furniture with her as we moved into it together unfurnished), rest of the house is furnished.
It’s a really bright and airy house with lots of communal space and a very cute garden with fairy lights and space for socialising and barbecues. It has super convenient transport links and you can get to central London from here in around 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with lots of lovely pubs, places to eat and to go out. Brockwell park and Clapham Common are both about a 30-minute walk away.
There is extra space on the landing for storage (a chest of drawers or wardrobe) if needed. The landlord is very chill and quick to fix any issues that arise in the house.
I am 31 and work 9-5 for the NHS. I’m easygoing, friendly, and clean. I enjoy cooking, climbing, running, music, seeing friends, TV-bingeing and working my way through the pubs and bakeries of London. I’d love a flatmate who is also friendly and laidback, would like to get to know each other and feel comfortable as flatmates (as well as having our own space!).
Feel free to drop me a message for any further details :)
