Hello! We are two young professionals (Orlando - 27yrs teacher and Ana 32yrs - nurse) looking for a new flatmate for our third room. We are a sociable flat, enjoy cooking, going to gigs and travelling. It's a cosy flat in a lovely central area, we don't have a living room but the bedrooms are big enough to still have an enjoyable a social life ( in case of need my bedroom also doubles as a shared area). The flat is very warm in winter and bills are super reasonable. The rent is 870£ per month and bills are under 90£.

The room is a great size, comes with the bed, mattress, chest of draws and the built in wardrobe.

The flat is located by Union Road (SW8) 10min walking distance from Stockwell Station, walking distance from vauxhall, Clapham Park, Battersea Park and Clapham Junction.

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful and enjoys a good balance of socialising and quiet time. The room is available now to move in.
