Room available in a lovely shared house. Only a 5-minute walk to Stockwell station, offering amazing transport links.
Rent is £775/month (plus bills, which range between £100-£160, a cleaner is also included).
Rent is split into 4 and paid directly to other housemates.
This is technically a sublet, but there's no minimum or maximum stay as our landlord is aware.
We’re looking for a female 25+ to keep a nice balance.
The house is big enough that it never feels crowded, and everyone is super friendly.
