Double room in Stockwell (SW8)

Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate for the second room of my flat. Move in time is flexible, anytime from mid-December to end of January.

The bright flat is located in between Stockwell (zone 2) and Nine Elms (zone 1) tube lines, being a 10 minute walk from each. Clapham and Battersea Power Station are only a 20 minute walk away. A big Sainsbury’s and Lidl are also a 10 minute walk, with a Pure Gym located at the end of the street.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, bedside table and chest of draws with a built in wardrobe too. The flat has 2 bedrooms, they don’t share a wall, 1 bathroom with a seperate toilet, a kitchen and living/dining room.

The rent is £950per month, bills not included. Council tax is £58 per month and bills (internet, water, electricity, gas) are around £60-70 per month.

A bit about me: I’m Carly, a 30 year old Aussie marketing professional who enjoys reading, going to gigs and travelling. Im looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and enjoys a good balance of socialising and quiet time.
