I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a large double bedroom with large windows in a 2-bedroom flat, with an open plan kitchen and reception area in Stockwell. The large South-facing windows let in lots of natural light into the room and makes it airy. There is also a bicycle storage facility near the entrance.

The location is extremely accessible:
- 1 min walk from Stockwell tube with easy access to the Victoria and Northern lines, as well as other bus routes.
- 2 min walk to Sainsbury's and 24/7 convenience stores
- 5-7 min walk to Lidl, Tesco, Iceland, etc.
- 1 min walk to the nearest GP and 2 mins to the pharmacy

Because of the property’s central location there are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area. Clapham Common is just a short walk from the property.

We are looking for a working professional, preferably female aged late twenties - early thirties. You'll be sharing the flat with a lovely lady who is a dancer and works in insurance.
