Double room available in a spacious and modern new-ish build two bed two bath flat. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, office chair and a large double wardrobe. The main bathroom is essentially yours (I have an en-suite). The kitchen/diner is large and open plan with plenty of storage. Adjoining is a decent balcony with a table and chairs. There is a pleasant and quiet communal garden, a nice spot to work or read in the summer. The block also has communal bike storage.

I work full time and am in the office every day Monday to Friday. I travel a lot for work and leisure. I am pretty sociable and out quite a bit but not usually late. I entertain in the flat on average once or twice a month. I am easy going and currently single. I am clean and tidy but interested in getting a cleaner. Looking for someone similar, no gender preference.

Bills not included but work out around £175/month per person. This includes council tax (band D), broadband (Community Fibre - fast), utilities and water.
