Looking for someone to takeover my studio

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my studio from end of February. The studio is built for renters, so I am not sure about the exact date that you can move in, but I got a reply that it will be available from at the end of Feb. The building is called UNCLE stockwell, £1650 per month, bills not included but the room has a laundry machine so you can save your laundry fee. The building also has a gym, study lounge, and concierge where the parcels are usually kept. It takes about 10-13 minutes to Stockwell station (northern and victoria line), and there’s a big Tesco nearby.
