Room in a 3-bed flat in Stockwell - Females preferred

Since I'm starting an internship in June, I am looking to sublet my well-lit room in a 3-bed flat in Stockwell. The rent is £1125 per month, all bills included!

It is located just 3 mins away from the Stockwell tube station as well as a Lidl, Sainsbury's Local, and Iceland. Going into Central London by the Victoria or Northern line only takes about 10 minutes.

My flatmates are clean and tidy people who are respectful of everyone's personal space, but also love to chill and hang out over food and other forms of socializing.

We would welcome students or young working professionals from any cultural background. We are all currently students at King's College London, and the other two flatmates are both in the end of their third year.

The room includes a double bed, work desk, small dresser and closet space. The windows are south-facing, which means lots of sunlight comes in all throughout the day! The bathroom is modern with a standing shower. The kitchen area in the flat is considerably sized with ample storage space and a breakfast bar. There is an extra room used as a living/dining area where you can chill or socialize. Also, there is a shared balcony with views of Central London!

One of my flatmates owns a cat who is very affectionate. Please note this if you're not comfortable with animals or cats specifically.

Note: an upfront payment for the 3 months or so is required since it is a short-term sublet. A sublet agreement will be signed to formalize the process and ensure trust.
