August 2025 Only (2 Mins To Tube)

I'm the owner of this flat that's just two minutes walk from Stockwell Tube (Northern/Victoria Line). This large double room has a wealth of storage, a desk and venetian blinds while the rest of the flat has a large living room, balcony, decent kitchen and separate toilet/bathroom.

My older brother (software engineer) and my friend (flight attendant) live in the two other bedrooms.

I have a few freelance friends moving in and out over the next few months so the room is available:

Mon 28th July - Sun 31st Aug

Having previously rented myself for years, I aim to keep the rent low by also contributing to the running costs of the flat so this room is £800/month all bills included.
