Huge double in sociable Clapham North townhouse

Hi!, Looking for a sociable professional to take a double room in our gorgeous three-story townhouse with a huge open living space and private rear garden!

We are a group of 3 (2 male, 1 female) all aged 24-26 who met through SpareRoom last year and have really enjoyed living together. Our 4th housemate is moving out to move to New York so we are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and outgoing to move in. We are looking for someone long term on a contract that runs till June 2026!

We all have our own busy social lives but like to cook and watch TV together a few times a week, sunbathe in the garden, the occasional night out/pub quiz/dinner party, and are all into our sport, the gym, and running.

A bit about us: I'm 26, work in fintech, and am into football, fitness and gym, music! Meg's 25, works in HR, loves all things racket sports and is a sublime cook! (Other Meg!) is a videographer and our most recent addition to the house, joining in Jan of this year and she has settled in brilliantly well and has been an amazing addition!

The house is on a lovely residential street, 5-10 minutes walk from Stockwell and Clapham North station in such a popular area for young professionals. The room is a very well-sized double room with two large built-in wardrobes, high ceilings, tons of natural light overlooking the garden, and space for a large desk. The house has 2 bathrooms and a modern finish throughout. All bills with council tax included come to about £100pm.
