We are looking for a female professional (full time worker - ideally office based) to join us from the 1st of January 2026 (Date of the new tenancy agreement - move in date flexible)
Not suitable for students - Full check required from the agency
NO smoking
Rent is £850 a month + £90 /£120 bills (depending on season. This includes Council Tax, WiFi, electricity & gas)
We have a trusted cleaning lady coming once a week for 2hrs.
About us: you’ll be living with me, Giada (30) Italian, and Araceli (35), Spanish. We are clean, friendly and sociable but we do love our own spaces from time to time. We are looking for a friend more than just a flatmate.
The room comes with a chest of drawer, wardrobe, bedside table, bed frame and mattress.
