Double room - Stockwell- Big Garden & Studio

Hey everyone!

I’m moving out of my double room in Stockwell to move in with a partner.

Start date is flexible between end of July through to August.

£1099 pm Inc all bills (cleaner, gardener, Netflix etc..)- zero hidden costs.

Good sized room with plenty of storage and an amazing outdoor space which includes: large garden studio with full wfh set up. Big green egg, pizza oven and more.

The garden is not shared.

The house has wonderfully high ceilings on the ground floor so the kitchen and lounge are incredibly bright and nice spaces.

There is space in the hallway and the garage for a bike and we have a full set of tools to do most things.

You’ll be living with two other sporty, laid back house mates who both work in the city. Both love food, wine, cooking.

The house is excellently located only a 5 min walk to Stockwell station; 20 metres from Lime Bike parking, Boris Bikes and numerous gyms close by.

Having a Lidl as our local is also beyond helpful.
