Bright double room in Stockwell

🌞 Spacious, bright and airy double room available in a 4-bed house (with back garden) in Stockwell. We’re looking for someone of similar ages to us.

💰 Rent is £1250/month, with all bills coming to around £120/month on top.

🏡 The room is on the top floor and is furnished with a double bed (with space underneath for storage), two large wardrobes (one with built-in drawers) and a bedside table. There’s also plenty space for another set of drawers and a desk, if required.

🙋🏼‍♂You’ll be sharing with Alex, Nathan and Matthew (all 25y/o). We all have fairly busy social lives but also love doing things together and chilling at the house too. We like to keep the house a tidy and relaxed place and are keen to find someone who’ll keep the same vibe. One of us works on site all the time, while the others are hybrid (usually wfh 2days/wk. The house would definitely suit someone who likes to go for a pint but also enjoys doing their own thing sometimes.

🗺 Located a 5-min walk from Stockwell station (handy for getting to most places) and a 15-min walk from Clapham High Street. There’s loads of shops, pubs and gyms nearby too!

⏰ The room is available from October 6th. We’re fairly flexible with doing viewings most midweek evenings or at weekends as we need to find a fourth person asap.
