One month - Lovely room very central

Subletting a cute double room in a maisonette flat (spread over 2 floors) that you will share with a great flatmate (woman). Move-in and out dates can be adapted.

The flat is very well to the tube (5 min walk from Stockwell station - Victoria/Northern lines), 7 min to Clapham North tube or Clapham High street overground; and 20 min walk to buzzing Clapham & Brixton! The neighbourhood is great, with many family-owned restaurants (or chains if you prefer), local pubs, Brixton market, etc.

My flatmate and I are ideally looking for a tidy and clean person to replace me. Racism, sexism or homophobia is not welcome in the house.

The room is upstairs where there is the second bedroom, a small bathroom and separated toilets.

Downstairs, there is a small entry hall with a place to put coat, an amazing big and bright living room with a TV connected to Netflix, and a big kitchen with a dining space and a nice balcony with a table and hammock.
