The flat is a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath which is in a great location for getting to all areas of London. The large double bedroom has an en-suite with fitted shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished – dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc., with a washer/dryer unit.
The bedroom that you would be taking over is a double bedroom with loads of storage – chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe with in- built drawers and storage shelves, king size bed with storage drawers, bedside tables, floor length mirror.
A new carpet was recently fitted so is like brand new.
The bathroom would be yours specifically, as the other room also has a private bathroom.
The spacious hallway has a large storage cupboard perfect for suitcases, etc.
You would be sharing with a young professional female who works a corporate role and is looking for someone likeminded to move in! The flat is kept very tidy and is a great space✨

📍Location: The flat is located in between Oval & Stockwell tube stations, roughly a 5/10 minute walk to each. There is a Tesco’s and Gym Group directly downstairs, and a communal outside area for the summer.
New roommate preferences: Young professional female, no students or couples please! Preference for someone who does not work from home everyday.
Please note, in order to pass referencing checks there is a minimum required income threshold of £35,250.

Rent is £1,175 per month with bills excluded (approx £200pm). The tenancy agreement that you would be taking over runs until March 2026, with a deposit required of slightly over one month’s rent payment. There may be the option to extend if agreed with the landlord.
Move in Date: We are looking for someone who is ready to take over the tenancy agreement now, with a move in date of October 9th. There may be some flexible to move in slightly earlier which we can discuss. Please make sure you would be ready to take over the contract before messaging.
