I'm only leaving to move in with my partner, it's a great flat in a great location!

You'll be living with my two current flatmates, who work in law and law/tech. Both clean, friendly and chill, but also happy to keep to themselves.

Bills are ~£150/month all in, including 1000Mbps broadband.

Flat features a large living/dining room, with recliner sofas and a balcony. You'll also have sole use of the downstairs bike storage, as the other flatmates don't cycle. This has been incredibly useful for me as a cyclist!
