Hi! Unfortunately my wonderful flatmate is moving out so I have a double room to rent from mid October - it’s an ensuite and comes fully furnished with lots of storage space. The flat itself is extremely spacious, modern and comes fully furnished. We’ve invested a lot in the flat and take really good care of it to make it feel like home.
The area and location is amazing - a 6 minute walk to Stockwell station which has both the Northern and Victoria line, and takes 20 minutes door-to-door to be in central. We’re a 10 minute walk to Brixton high street which has everything you could want: shops, restaurants, bars etc.
I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean and wants to make a home out of the flat. I’d like to be able to build a friendship with whoever I live with but be comfortable enough to also respect each other’s space. I enjoy going out and socialising on the weekends as my weekdays are busy with work and gym.
Bills per person average between £200-£300 per month. This includes gas and electric, council tax, water and wifi.
The contract will be for 2 years with a 12 month break clause and is rented as a whole so your my current flatnames name will be replaced with the new tenant. Deposit is 1500.
We also have some items that we recently bought for the flat which I would appreciate a discounted contribute towards of £68.

* Passport.
* Immigration status if not UK (visa, etc.)
