Our initial fixed-term agreement is coming to an end, and my two flatmates will be moving out. I will be signing a new 12-month lease.
The flat is 3 bedrooms (furnished) with a kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet as well as a patio area (no living room). It's located in Stockwell (zone 2) with access to the Victoria line and Northern line. It's an 8-minute walk to the Tube with plenty of bus stops close by, so very well connected! 🏠
A bit about me: My name is Jess, I'm 25 years old and from Australia. I'm currently working in university administration and WFH 3 days a week.
I'm ideally looking for two working professionals around a similar age who value their own space and quiet but also still enjoys being social, whether it's going out somewhere on the weekends or having a night in together. The rooms have plenty of space for a desk, so it's suitable for anyone who also works from home.
At this stage, the rooms will be available from September 25th, so I am looking to fill the room asap! Please message me if you're interested. I will be starting viewings from this Sunday 😊
