Hello hello! My room in a sunny 3-bed in Stockwell is available for rent starting September 14 (short timeline due to a dropout).

You’d be sharing with two people: Heidi, who works in coffee, loves tennis and is a drop of sunshine; and an unknown third (another room is available at the end of the month for £700/month if of interest as well). She’s away a lot for work and fun, so you’d have the flat to yourself quite often!

Bills are around £100ish per month, and would have to be managed by whoever moves in. The private landlords are lovely and are responsible whenever something’s broken but otherwise leave us be :) the contract would be for 12 months with a 6 month break clause since Heidi’s contemplating moving then, but you’d be welcome to stay on or leave, whatever works for you!

It’s in a quiet former council estate halfway between Stockwell and Brixton stations. Lidl is ten minute walk one way, M&S is ten minute walk the other way, with three other smaller grocery stores nearby.

Viewings being booked tomorrow Monday the 8th.
