A double room is available in our furnished flat just 2 minutes’ walk from Stockwell Station (Northern & Victoria Line), with Brixton and Clapham North only a 10-minute walk away.
It’s a 3 bed, with a bath / shower, and a separate shower. Rent is £1,000 pcm + bills (we expect bills to be around £110 each), for a 12-month lease. We’re looking for someone to sign on ASAP and move in from 20th September.
You’ll be sharing with me and Caine. I’m from Chesterfield, starting a grad scheme, and Caine is from Manchester, working in Liverpool Street 4 days a week (1 day from home). We’re both really social, into the gym and football, and always up for a pub, sports, or something active.
The flat is in a great area with lots of cafes, pubs, and gyms nearby, perfect for someone friendly, easygoing, and keen to make it a sociable home.
