About the Flat

A good size double bedroom with own bathroom in a large three bedroom flat. The room comes with a bed and wardrobe and there's room for a desk for working from home when needed. The flat has a separate kitchen and a big living room. There's also a large communal garden and off street parking is available with a permit.

It has great transport links with Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern Lines) a 5 minute walk and Clapham is easily accessible in a 10/15 minute walk. Brixton is a 15 minute walk. Stockwell has some shops including a Lidl but the amenities of Clapham and Brixton aren't far!

We have a one year contact which is due to run out in mid April but there's an option to renew.

The room is £1116 per month + bills on top

About Us

We're both young professionals (Annie & Megan), working in health policy and healthcare. Annie tends to go into the office 2/3 days per week. Megan works shifts so is at home roughly 3 days per week.

We enjoy doing things all together but have separate things going on too! We like to run and keep fit - this year Annie ran a half marathon with another planned for early next year and Megan is a keen gym goer.

Weekdays are more routine for Annie and Megan's weekends are sometimes midweek. We love to travel and are often away at weekends. But if we do have coinciding weekends off...we like to do crafts, explore London, boogie, have flat dinners and bake!

Our current flatmate is sadly moving out soon so we're looking for someone to fit with the casual fun vibe of the flat! Annie has lived here for nearly 2.5 years, and can say it's perfect for the location, it's spacious, and to feel at home.
