Double room in Stockwell

Hello, I am looking for someone to replace my housemate who is leaving London.

The flat is on the 15th floor in central Stockwell. Stockwell station is a 5-minute walk away, the flats a short walk to Brixton and Clapham High Street. The building has a concierge which is great for package collection and security.

It’s a two-bedroom flat with a large communal living and dining space, one decent-sized bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room has a built-in cupboard with additional storage in the hall. We have a balcony with stunning views of London. The flat comes with bike storage.

I'm Nicole, 33, working as an assistant headteacher at a local special school. I've lived in the flat for 3 years.

I'm seeking someone keen to maintain the homely feel while enjoying our own space. Preferably someone who works in the office more than at home.

Rent is £1450 per month, including bills. Couples are welcome for an additional ££.

The room is available from the 27th of October. The deposit is £1100.
