Bright Double Room in Stockwell

Hello! My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take the room.

It's a decent size double bedroom, furnished with a bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. Both room and the flat itself have plenty of light. The flat itself has 2 double bedrooms and one en-suite double room, so you'd be sharing the bathroom with only one person. It also has a large living room and a kitchen. Bills are all included, council tax, service charge, water, electricity and gas, internet and also a fortnight cleaner.

I am Ricard, 37, currently living in the flat with another flatmate. I am looking for someone that suits the nice energy and vibe of the flat, respectful, clean and relatively quiet :) :)
