Female Flatmate Needed Double Rm 25Th September

URGENT FLATMATE NEEDED BY 25TH SEPTEMBER!

Hi everyone!
I'm posting on behalf of my friend, unfortunately one of the prospective flatmates has dropped out and she now urgently needs to find a replacement by the 25th September.
She will be signing a new 12 month lease, and is looking for 1 more person to take over the room. The room is £800 (bills excluded).

The flat is 3 bedrooms (furnished) with a kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet as well as a patio area (no living room). It is located in Stockwell (zone 2) with access to the Victoria and Northern line and is an 8 minute walk to the tube with plenty of bus stops around so very well connected.

A little bit about my friend: her name is Jess, she is 25 years old and is from Australia. She is currently working in University Administration and is wfh 3 days a week.

She is ideally looking for a working professional around a similar age who values her own space and quiet but also will still enjoy being social, whether this is going out somewhere on the weekends or having a night in together. The room has plenty of space for a desk and will be suitable for anyone who wants to work from home.
