I'm no longer able to live there and will be moving out this week, so it is immediately available. It comes fully furnished with a brand new desk, chair, bedside table, drawers, and a new bed frame and mattress. There is also a large wardrobe included.
You'll be living with two other female graduate students ages 22 and 23. There is a renovated kitchen, bathroom, toilet room, and large reception/living space with a T. V. The flat is on the ground level and a few minutes away from Wandsworth Road, as well as walking distance to Clapham high street and Battersea.
