We’ve always been a social, easy-going flat, with the odd movie nights, pub trips, and the occasional shared meal or cocktail. The idea is to make this more than just a flatshare, but a home.

Graham
I’m an architect who loves running, theatre, comedy, making cocktails, planning trips, and playing guitar.

Giggs
I work for the NHS. I love video games, cinema and playing piano. I'm also an amateur DJ. Love house and techno as well as disco and funk. I'm always up for going to see new artists playing around London.
Tend to be home more indoors during weekdays and out and about at weekends.

We're looking for housemates who enjoy a laugh, like to hang out, but also respect each other’s downtime.

✨ The Practical Stuff
Bills vary by season: about £120/month in summer and up to £185/month in winter

Move-in ready from 15th March as the lovely current flatmate is moving in with their partner.

Contract is up for renewal every May.
