An entire penthouse in Stockwell is available from the 30th of October until the 29th of November. We are looking for someone to stay at our place, ideally for the entire duration. Included in the rent:

- Double bedroom with wardrobe
- Bathroom
- Large kitchen, dining and living area with TV
- Large terrace/balcony with tables and chairs
- Council tax included in rent (Band D - £163)
- All other utilities including internet

The property is about a 7 minute walk from Stockwell station, 10 minutes from Brixton and about 20 minutes from Loughborough Road Station.

Bus stops: Irving Grove and Stockwell Green (2-3 minutes), Loughborough Road (3-4 minutes).
